We have just released a new plugin, the HoRNet MasterTool.

HoRNet MasterTool is a sound processor designed to apply the final touch to your tracks. You can think of it as a mastering robot.

Thanks to our algorithms and some clever built-in intelligence, the plugin adapts to almost every music genre. If you are searching for an easy way to fix your tracks and make them sound good, MasterTool is here to help. Additionally, if you are a podcaster or work with voiceovers, we have added special algorithm tweaks to meet your needs.

First, the plugin fixes frequency spectrum issues in your mix using our frequency unmasking algorithm. Afterward, it analyzes the dynamic content and applies feedback from our coherence meter algorithm. This process sets a clipper and two different limiters.

The initial clipper and limiter work together to trim peaks effectively. They boost the overall loudness of your audio signal while maintaining clarity. Subsequently, the second limiter fine-tunes the track. It ensures that your track reaches the precise level you specify, giving it a polished and professional finish.

The plugin starts by thoroughly analyzing your track’s audio characteristics. This analysis is crucial for accurate processing. When you first load the plugin, press the “Learn” button to initiate this learning process.

During this phase, the plugin examines the incoming audio to understand its dynamics and frequency content. Once the learning process completes, press the “Learn” button again to stop the analysis. From this point on, the plugin processes your track based on the gathered data.

Furthermore, any changes you make to the plugin’s parameters prompt a re-evaluation of the entire algorithm. As a result, the plugin adapts its processing in real time to align with your new settings. This ensures consistent and optimal results throughout the track.

Excellent product! I realize some producers/ artists may prefer to take a more "hands on" approach to mastering, but this is perfect for me! I greatly appreciate the improved clarity and "punch" this gives my tracks! To those wondering whether to give it a try, I say absolutely do it! I think you'll like it!
