HoRNet Butterfly serves as an advanced audio mastering tool designed to equip you with all the essential features for finalizing your stereo mix or mastering project. It incorporates the same high-quality processing modules used in our SAMP, the master processor for Dolby Atmos. This guarantees exceptional performance and precise control in your audio work, ensuring your mixes achieve the highest standard of sound quality.
Furthermore this plugin offers several key features to enhance your audio processing. You will find an equalizer that leverages technology from our TotalEQ, a compressor built on the technology of our SyncPressor, a clipper, and a limiter featuring the same technology as our Magnus MK2. We have meticulously crafted each component to elevate your audio production capabilities and deliver professional results.
Moreover, you can easily rearrange the order of the effects by dragging their positions in the top tabs control section. On the left side of the interface, a convenient LUFS metering section shows the input and output levels. This section provides standard readings, including “momentary,” “short-term,” “integrated,” and “true peak,” allowing for comprehensive and accurate level monitoring.
Although we designed the plugin primarily for stereo busses, Butterfly also performs exceptionally well on mono channels, transforming into a powerful channel strip. Additionally, you can independently disable each module to conserve CPU power. Furthermore, Butterfly is optimized to be light on your CPU, letting you add as many instances as needed without compromising performance. This flexibility ensures that you can handle complex sessions with ease.
