Bugfix update for the automatic mastering tool
HoRNet MasterTool is a sound processor designed to add the final touch to your tracks. Think of it as an auto mastering robot.
Thanks to our advanced algorithms and smart intelligence, the plugin adapts to almost any music genre. Whether you need an easy way to polish your tracks or you’re working with voiceovers or podcasts, MasterTool is here to help. Additionally, we have included special tweaks to cater specifically to your needs.
First, the plugin fixes frequency spectrum issues in your mix using our frequency unmasking algorithm. Afterward, it analyzes the dynamic content and applies feedback from our coherence meter algorithm to set a clipper and two different limiters.
The initial clipper and limiter work together to trim peaks effectively. They boost the overall loudness of your audio signal while maintaining clarity. Subsequently, the second limiter fine-tunes the track to ensure it reaches the precise level you specify, giving it a polished and professional finish.
The plugin starts by thoroughly analyzing your track’s audio characteristics. This analysis is crucial for accurate processing. When you first load the plugin, press the “Learn” button to initiate this learning process.
During this phase, the plugin examines the incoming audio to understand its dynamics and frequency content. Once the learning process is complete, press the “Learn” button again to stop the analysis. From this point, the plugin will process your track based on the gathered data.
Furthermore, any changes you make to the plugin’s parameters will prompt a re-evaluation of the entire algorithm. Consequently, the plugin will adapt its processing in real time to align with your new settings, ensuring consistent and optimal results throughout the track.
